Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite impressive, with modern amenities, a lovely lake view, and a fantastic bathroom, but the strong cleaning product smell was a downside. The service was a bit lacking, as we felt ignored at times. The location was superb, right in the heart of Baveno with stunning views and a fantastic rooftop bar. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with excellent food but some room for improvement. Overall, a stay with its highs and lows.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, with a balcony and a great bathroom. However, there was a slight smell from the lake that lingered. The service was fantastic; the staff genuinely seemed happy to work here and were very friendly. The location was superb, right on the lake and convenient for strolling the promenade. Dining was decent with a variety of options but not outstanding. The facilities were top-notch. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor hiccups.
